At NMMA customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, as all of our products are custom-made, we have a strict return and exchange policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business. Please read the following carefully:

  • Returns:
    We only accept returns on products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as your order number. After reviewing your claim, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Exchanges:
    Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Custom or personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned for any other reason.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

    1. Custom-made or personalized items.

    2. Products purchased during a special promotion or sale.

  • Return Process: If you believe your product is eligible for return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us at [your email address] with your order number and a description of the issue.

    2. Attach clear photos of the defective or damaged product.

    3. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team. If approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item or proceed with the exchange.

  • Shipping Costs:
    For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Processing Time:
    Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return or exchange. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Changes to This Policy:
    We reserve the right to update or change our return policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be shown at the bottom.
